David C. Wyatt, President of Wyatt Engineering, LLC, is a
recognized authority in flow measurement and flow control. His
professional engineering expertise covers flow measurement,
flow control, hydraulic design, meter manufacture, and research
and development. With broad industry experience, Mr. Wyatt provides
guidance on field-verification of flow metering systems and
substantiation of field-installed uncertainty and flow performance.
A member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers
(ASME) and the American Water Works Association (AWWA), and
a senior member of the International Society of Measurement
and Control (ISA), Mr. Wyatt actively participates in
numerous committees, subcommittees, and advisory boards. Among
these are the ASME Main Committee for Measurement of Fluid
Flow in Closed Conduits and the US Technical Advisory Board
to the International Standards Organization (ISO Technical
Committee 30), for both of which he has chaired the leadership
nomination committees. He is presently Chair of the Subcommittee on
Differential Producers (orifice, nozzle, venturi, averaging pitot) and
is Vice-Chair of the ASME Main Fluids Committee.
He earned his degree in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics
at Northeastern University and has attended both the University
of Massachusetts at Boston and Emerson College studying Physics,
Mathematics, and Communications Studies.
